Hello all. Went to Cameron Highlands this weekend, and got home just this morning at

6am. Had a brilliant ride and nice experience riding alone...

Date of Trip: 10th - 11 Sep

Left Home, Singapore: 1.30am on 10th Sep

Reached Guesthouse I stayed at, Cameron Highlands: 10am on 10th Sep

Total Time: 8.5 hours

Left Guesthouse I stayed at, Cameron Highlands : 9.00pm on 10th Sep

Reached Home, Singapore: 6.00am on 11th Sep

Total Time: 9 hours

Total Mileage Both ways: 1167.2km

Routes used: Entered Johor...E2 then E6 followed by E1

Used Tapah Route going up and Simpang Pulai Route when coming down.

Met few kind and friendly ppl along my ride up and at Cameron's. First was a Singaporean rider (uncle) at 3am @ Pagoh R&R...he was kind to ride beside me and keep me company for abt 20 to 30km. Then he shot up...class 2 what!! Haha.

Then second was 3 girls, at the BOH Tea Centre who help me take pictures and kept me company while I ate there.

Last was my roommate at the guesthouse dorm I stayed...he's just finished college and travelling are Asia...from the UK, I told him to

Visit Singapore and contact me...who shld tell the tourism board I do a much better job! :-) hahaha.

Great people, great ride! Riders Ur never alone...if if you think you are GOD's always beside you. So keep the faith and passion and don't fred to go alone and explore new places who knows you

Might meet new friends along the way...

Tested my Temperature Meter I installed recently:

Lowest temp recorded was 17.6 @ Cameron Highlands. And lowest in Singapore, while returning home recorded 24.2! Those who would like to know...North South Highway is between 22.9-25.7 degrees at night. Power la!

hi Nabil, which guesthouse u stayed?

Stayed at Eight Mentigi Guesthouse. Cost me 15RM/night for the dorm beds with shared bathroom. Very cosy place, and friendly owner Peter and Smith who allowed me park right inside the guesthouse...so it was very safe!

Is it safe park your bike overnight? Guarded carpark?

Yes the guesthouse I stayed allowed me park inside, which was very safe. They had their ppl working they to look after my bike, so no worries! Very friendly owner Peter and Smith
