BMW bikes?

Just wondering, other than the high initial cost of getting a BMW bike, how is the maintance and running cost of having one? Lets say a K1300s vs a hayabusa? Only performance motor can service BMW bikes or any outside shop can do it?

1 thing for sure.the maintance sure higher for bmw

From what I know, only pml has the diagnostic machines to find out the problem, due to the technology. Outside shops can fix it but it might not be as precise or accurate as compared to the machines. The machines are ex as hell so most probably workshops won't have them.

 

This is what I'be heard. Correct me if I'm wrong BMW riders.. am only riding a jap sportsbike..

BN BMW bikes fr PM comes wif 2yrs warranty compared to rest of other makes which is only 1yr.

Generally, servicing bikes wif agents r more than normal wk shops; at least u feel tt they r specialize in e field.

I hav been hesitating in getting a BMW n also any other makes as my current bike can serve my basic transportation needs. Another concern is Bike parts, used to b a problem for BMW but now due to the fast changing models, jap bikes also dun carry much spares like b4.
