err... use rollerblades with soft compound wheels.. since got 8 wheels altogether should be more stable gua... :lol: :lol:

walao u have 5 days rest mah n its taiwan only... if u said go holland then maybe can accept la... y wanna have 21st May? feels like ages leh like dat... ah lian maybe wait until hair become white liau...

problem is now i ride runner for 30km also backache leh...

leg numb and couldn't dismount the bike properly.... needless to say 205km...

try wearing a kidney belt... it should help to improve the situation lor.

but after 205km ride can find ah lian do massage for u mah.. :sweat:

kidney belt ah?? my motocross kidney belt scare cannot fit in liao.. ahahhahahahhahah

oh ya, ur place got motocross track or not ah?? the last time i went there for the supercross track, shoik man... too bad i only cleared the two big doubles once... dame wasted... love the whoops!!!

well really u should get 1 new kidney belt then. i have a fren with back problems who wear the kidney belt to help ease the situation.

 

sure next time any problem i will support ur bike... if i not around maybe can consider fixing extra 2 mini wheels at the rear wheel? sure ur bike wont fall over hehe... or u can always fetch ah lian, then she behind keep massaging u.. all ur leg sure become extra strong, especially the extra leg :lol: :lol:
