Got summon during September for careless driving 6points + $150

Swerve into another lane abruptly to avoid accident with lorry who is suppose to give way. The car was 3 car lengths away when i changed into his lane.

TP stop me and summon me straight away even though i've explained myself. PIC below.

I have already

1. Write in appeal = Fail

2. Appeal via Email = Fail

3. See MP, Mp wrote letter = Fail

Keep appealing or just go court?

I don't wanna pay the fine no matter what. I wasn't guilty so i wanna push this case even though it is just a small case. Just wanna fight for my justice rights.

Any idea how much will my court fine add up to? Or what i should do next?

Don't take my kindness as my weakness.

chance are you will lose the court case. for this case, you should have slow down / stopped instead of swaying into another lane abruptly which is clearly not the correct response although in such situation we just follow the first instinct. if i am the judge i will give ask you did you know abrupt lane change is wrong? as you try to explain, he will just say answer yes or no. case closed. you can get a lawyer to fight for your case but the question is how much do you think your principle is worth? i quite sure when they reject your mutiple appeals they have already consider the TP report which is against you. maybe you can speak to your IO?

you could end up paying hundreds / thousands if you went to court. this happened to a friend of mine although the situation which he got summon is different.

i will say just bite the bullet and pay the fine.
