Hi all,

I am an expat from the UK who just arrived in Singapore a couple of months ago. Recently, I was recommended to an Aprilia showroom in Ubi by a local friend. I was looking for a sports bike to ride and he suggested to get the RSV4. I was told that the Aprilia showroom was Singapore's first.

Anyways, I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson who assisted me tremendously in purchasing the bike. At the end of the day I decided on the RSV4R APRC. Very reasonable price I must say, compared to its Japanese counterparts. Got it for $32300 on the road with everything in! Includes COE, GST, ERP, registration, road tax, third party fire and theft insurance, and they even threw in for me a LeoVince exhausts! I paid no more than $32300.

Pretty impressive bike with an even more impressive price tag. I have checked the YZF-R1, CBR1000 and some other models to be about the same price! But does not have the features that matched the RSV4. The RSV4 has got wheelie control, launch control, traction control(8 levels), ride by wire(3 maps to choose from), quickshifter and comes with a 2 years unlimited milage warranty.

Tried it on the road and it was awesome! Definitely no regrets buying the bike. I had a CBR600 back in e UK. Its a good bike, handles well, maintains well but still no match for the RSV4.

I would rate it 9/10. I would give a perfect score but afraid it might seem a little exaggerated.

I would highly recommend this bike. Any lads interested, i would suggest going to the Aprilia showroom directly. Great service! Its just nearby the driving school.
