I read the thread and i agree that going to the MP is the best way.

 

You do need to make appointment one. Just go to where the MP is, (for my area, it is like a room under one of the HDB flat) then get a queue number, then someone will take down your request. When you see the MP, you just need to repeat your request, and it is done liao. very efficient one.. don't worry...

looks like mp is the onli way out here.. too bad can't help u.. i don't even have any reservist much less a deferment b4..

 

on the town council's board, there will be timings when the mp comes ard.. juz be there at tat time and he will help you. don't worry la, studies precede reservice so high chance of deferment.. :goodluck:
