Depends on how you ride your bike and how much you ride.

irregardless of servicing, since u are new, my advice is to bring and older/experience person who noes about bike, not necessarily YB 125, when u go to werkshop.

there would be things u no need to change, but they ask u to change. there are also things high ends that is not require by ur normal engine (i.e. expensive engine oil)..

on a seperate note, lube the chain wif basic chain oil ( thos spray kind less than 10 bucs) every other week depending how u ride and the weather....u dun want it to rust long term..hehez

After buying a bike you need to ensure you have COE, Insurance and road tax.

Just change your engine oil every 3 months or 3000km, whichever comes first.

Your chain will rust and lifespan will get shorter if you don't clean and apply chain lub often. Try to make it a habit to apply after you ride on wet roads.

You should know the road tax validity, date of inspection, insurance company(and get the contact in your handphone in case of mishap) COE and if their terms of warranty if any, early penalty fees if you areo n installments.

Do a visual check on the air filter. If dirty, change. Change your Engine oil(Semi synthetic 10w40_ Every 3000km but check your oil levels at 1000 and 2000km.

-Must do always lub my chain and how often??

Yes. Lube every 500km. Generally, cheap chain spray will fling off and dirty your bike. If you dont mind its okay. I drip engine oil on a small portion of the inner chain before i ride off every morning using a singer oil bottle.

If your oil levels run below the minimum, you risk doing alot of engine damage(due to condition, some bikes burn engine oil)

Changing oil does not have much to do with oil levels.
