Reading again, most probably they sold the bike to other customer and create a story to tell u.. Deposit they keep and ask u to take other bike that is available..

Above 300 for the deposit . Actually did sign like form that is written that what need to be change & color . Sort of confirmation .

all knows that hard to say others but u save alot of people by telling others so the can beware all this cheating shop out there aniways soon or later they will call u but if for a month i think u need to go for a police already

How long did e bike shop tells u for e paint wrk to finish n when e bike is ready for collection ? U sign doc ? Wat doc ? ... U see e problem is all tis details r not stated by u n make pple speculates which is very unhealthy ...

The shop say paintwork about 1 - 2 weeks and collection will let me know by calling .

 

I dun know what that doc is, but it was a form filled detail of the bike and the paintwork I wanted by the sales .

 

I dun mean to let pple speculates, I just wish to know whether can the bike be cancel and try to take some deposit back .

Can try to call and enquire but usually there'll be some penalty fees that varies from shop to shop....

"The shop says", so its verbally then ? Not included in doc that u sign ? If its included by all means u got a strong case but if verbal agreement than its e shop wrds against urs... Some shops r like dat, gv empty promises but if u know where they r sending e bike for e paintwork, i suggest u go down n chck, else juz wait lor... If its me, i wud have go down n "talk" to them... Cancellation of order varies from shop to shop...

Hi guys, I collected the bike but only after I went down to bike shop and stress them to give me on that day . But received in the bike in quite bad condition . >.

thats the rule of every single bike shop in sg u push them for your bike they will push u back by giving u the very bad condition any ways cheers for your bike at least your bike is save in
