need help on diy respray matte black paint.

hi guys hope you guys can help me on this problem! question is if I want to respray some part of my bike to Matte black what is the final coat of it? is it jus matte black or is there a finisher for matte paint?

is there any specific brand for sealer?? can I find the spray sealer at any shop or I have to go the paint shop to get it specially?
