Phantom TA200 suddenly loss power, exhaust begins to sputter with black smoke???

I was riding my phantom Ta 200 on the highway in 6th gear crusing at 80kph. Suddenly my bike misfire and start to lose power. Speed suddenly droped, I accelerate the trottle and also tried shifting to lower gear but bike won't pick up speed, it just move very slowly. I pulled to the road shoulder and noticed black smoke from my exhaust pipe. My fuel tank is full and bike can start but it just won't move. Exhaust keep sputtering with black smoke.

 

Can anyone advise me what are some possible causes of this problem before i send my bike for repair.

In simpler terms need to send your bike for top overhaul.

Thanks for the info, looks like got to send for overhaul. Well, at least now i know what to expect. Not really sure which workshop to send to. I live in the west but most people i read from forum seem to suggest Planet.

Give all the positive comments about Planet and the transparency of pricing, i have decided to senf to Planet. My bike was towed to their workshop and confirmed piston jammed. Need to do top overhaul.
