Looking for CDI for Daelim VJ125cc

Hey bro's looking for CDI for daelim roadwin vj125cc, mine is busted and cannot shift to another gear, having trouble to start the bike, so sent to a repair shop in Yishun, that guy quote me $220 call CKA (Daelim dealer in singapore) quote me $180 for the last shipment, the current one is coming in couple of weeks.. what to do?? anyone know where to get it cheap?

Well, Daelim isn't really a popular bike. Probably there might be some scrapped Roadwins at the scrapyards but I doubt so. Either you pay for a premium at the Yishun repair shop or wait for CKA's shipment which I would think is a better idea.

 

Alternatively, you can go source around at other shops?

By the way, shifting problems have nothing to do with CDI... it's a gearbox issue.
