i watch liaoz.. d/l de.. not nice.. i onli wan to see bikes.. the part where 2 gals VS each other.. tat 1 so fake sia.. quite a let down.. but see tat Y2K wah liewz fast is fast... they filmed till so fake.. no nid wear helmet.. no glasses.... kaoz.. i was expecting real stunts.. onli got abit nia.. n the story line ? sucked..

From the opening sequence, in which our hero Martin Henderson throws a beatin’ on two drag racers—one a big bald dude and the other a lean tattooed hombre driving a yellow car—it is plain that this movie is out to prove that no matter how tough, fast, and strong street racers are, bikers are tougher, faster, and stronger. If you’re looking for a serious action drama, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for fun, intense action sequences, gratuitous flashes of skin, and sassy one-liners, then you’ve come to the right place. The stunts are impressive, the special effects are dazzling, and eye candy abounds for both male and female viewers. Torque doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what it is, and what it is, is a wild ride.

OK, i went to watch the movie with high expectations. I figured, if it were "from the producers of Fast and Furious, xXx, and S.W.A.T." that it should be good. I thought wrong. The movie itself was ok, but the visual effects toward the end were horrible, especially the chase seen at the very end...dreadful. Definitely something you would see in a game. The story was also kind of cheap, the FBI geek was terrible, and that "goth" chick from the Hellions needs to wear Chap Stick, or Lip Balm if her lips were that dry...all she did all movie long was lick her lips. Besides the bad graphics, and not so exciting acting, the movie deserves a C, if not lower. If you, the reader, is planning to go see this movie...think again, its not worth 9, or however much you pay...go see Along Came Polly or something, i bet that would be more interesting. Well, sorry if I shattered some ones high expectations, but you can't hide from the truth...

This movie is ok, if you have an IQ of 70, or your a catatomic vegetable. Anyone that rides a streetbike, or has even ridden on a streetbike once will tell you nothing in this movie was really remotely doable. Speeding around at 100+mph on dirt? (hello bikerboyz). Jumping off the top of a train? Skipping the bike along the top of the train, with big gaps between the compartments? lol. Try hitting a pothole on a bike, and then tell me you can even remotely jump train compartments(this includes stuntmen). Before making these types of movies, the directors should really go out, and actually buy and ride a bike for 1 week. I mean, take part of that 30 million it probably cost to make this movie, and spend 7 thousand on a bike. They'll realize you can actually have a bad spill from hitting a patch of dirt, or a nice crash from hitting a railroad crossing in wet weather. If they did this they might, keyword: MIGHT, just come out with a clue on how to make a good bike movie. I expect some of these wanna be gang bangah kiddies are going to want a bike now, to head out and try and pull some of these things they see, end up crashing and killing themselves. Bad part is, they'll probably end up taking out someone else with em. Its a shame really. This is why bikers get bad reps.

 

If you ride a bike, you'll know this movie is an absolute crock of s**t. If you don't ride one, let me tell you, don't believe what you see. And if your a person that saw this movie and actually liked it...do the world a favor, throw yourself off a bridge.

I have seeen bad films but this was beyond bad. the story line was weak the acting was dismal and it just all around sucked.

 

Ice Cube barked his way through this movi trying to act like some kind of an ultra tough guy. i was hoping he woulf get whacked from the first scene.

the special efffects were pretty bad as well. if you are looking for th next fastand fruious this is not it. save your money and go see something else.

Fully agreed. The movie SUCKS BIG TIME. Really dissapopinting.

 

Watch only if:-

 

1) U have cash to spare.

 

2) Love to look at bikes but dun mind a crappy plot.

 

But in the end i did learn some new stuff.

 

Recommended bike movie: "BIKER BOYZ". This 1 is way cooler. But from what i know it is only released in DVD format.

I used lousy batteries.... Grabbed the 1's my G.Pa uses for his lay lio.
