i have a bike which have been not start up about 2months time

when i tried to start it today petrol leak all over near air filter area.

it dosent matter if i clutch in or out,the gear always seems to be engaged.

when i clutch in i can see the cable being pulled just outside the engine so i assume something inside the engine is broken?

any way to diy fix this issue?

It maybe due to ur clutch plate stick together

what u said might be true

with the clutch in i can manage to move the bike with some force but still cannot kick start it .

without clutching in totally cannot move the bike at all.
