Hello,Do u need to do a tuning if u change your stock air filter to a aftermarket type like K&N,BMC ETC ?if your bike is a F.I model?Thanks

do understand the only real benefits of installing a filter like K&N is it is washable and allow longer interval before you have to deal with it. if you still have the mindset that you have to wash the filter every 10,000km or so, it best to stick with stock filter. most stock filter already allow 20-40% more air intake then your bike can use.

 

higher airflow come at a cost of letting in more dirt. if you are riding mostly normal rode it is fine. if you are going off-road, it best to stick with oem filter.
