Hire Purchase Installments

Hi to those who read this. 

I think some of us have been going through bad times during this covid period.

I recently have been out of job. And been using my savings to pay the installments. my question is, can i go back to the bike shop. and sell off the bike back to them? (probably at a loss)

cause theres other bigger problems that i have to face. and i dont mind selling the bike back at a loss. at least i have 1 less debt to pay.

IMO read your T&C clauses in the contract if you have it then you can give your bike shop a call and ask them for the exact details as there will be penalties involved.
