Just bought a PI bike from a local dealer. after riding on 3 rd day, the motorcycle keep having stalling issue when in Nuetral geal or first to 2nd gear.. send to the dealer workshop for repair and the problem still cannot solve. already in out the workshop for 4 times in one month time. May I know what can I do? can i report to CASE?

Based on what I read overseas, such defect to a vehicle puts it under lemon law. Singapore has an implementation of this law since 2012. Can read up over here.

Your case should be quite strong as the defect was found within 6 months and seems like a serious functionality issue if cannot even ride off safely due to the engine cut off issue.

Did your shop investigate for any possible electrical cut off issue? Sounds like a failsafe is wrongly triggering if engine cut off occur during gear change.

The dealer have changed the Throttle body and TPS,Spark plug ,Plug cap ,Gear switch and ignition key. The problem still persist. Anyone encounter this? Will be heading to Case sg soon. Or shall I go directly tonSmall Claim Tribunals? Went to the workshop almost 7-8 times since purchase in Feb.

1) what bike?

2) can really consider to go case as what pink sheep has mentioned above..

doesn't make sense to have so many issues within3 months.. dun delay too long.. else no "official" stuff to refer back to...

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Omg it is a 200X.

I wanted to hunt for this new model actually but that time just signed papers for my NMax and decided to stick with it.
