It gets better after the 2nd lesson I think. But not sure. For me I knew cdc would be slower than other but the location and accessibility made it more convenient. But I didn't expect it to be this bad

If u intend to get a bike for communting or leisure, i suggest get ur personal raincoat.

 

Plus u can get some expreience during rainy lesson, on the road u less panic during rain.

 

I recommend get better quality raincoat from komine or taichi.. is abt $90 onwards.. but are much better quality from LAB...

you mean the same lesson? because you can't book the next lesson until you pass the current lesson.

 

e.g. you book lesson1 today you cannot book lesson 2 until you pass lesson 1. if you mean booking two of the same lesson, i am sure you can do it if the session is available lah. but you are risking your money. if you pass during the first class you will be wasting your second class because you have to give 48 hours notice for cancellation to get refund.

 

the best way if you are worried you can't pass is to book 3 days apart. for e.g. book lesson 1 on monday and thursday. if you pass on monday you can cancel the thursday and get a refund if you fail then you can go on thursday and complete it within the same week.

The more i browse through this thread, the more i realised that most of you tend to book at least 1 session for a Practical. And umm.. Was just wondering, what's the maximum number of sessions that you guys usually book for a Practical?

it means that if your booked slot is too close to the actual lesson date so you can't cancel it, you can put it up for other students to take up the slot. if other student book it then you manage to sell it, so to you it is cancelled.

cdc used to have that function i think. then it got removed or smtg!

Unlike many businesses where they need repeat customers, cdc can get away with substandard customer service because ppl only need to take licence once.

and most of us just lan lan suck thumb since they are the ONLY one we can go to for license.

 

unless you dont mind traveling all the way to ssdc or bbdc.

If I took my TP for Queing skills I will pass with flying colours ah. Failed my lesson again. Managed to do everything but need more practice. My plank need work. I am good with bike control. Instructor say psychological problem lol. Managed to practice a lot of plank and slalom and 3 times ebrake. Ebrake que was long. Confident I will clear on 3rd try. Then my revision I can focus on figure 8
