anyway foxy. such is the life of a student ain't it. exams and quizzes are a pain in the ass. although i am going to enlist soon, i take comfort in knowing that the next two years of my life, at least i wun need to be studying and worrying about my next paper !

I think I'll be going TP after my National Service, thanks to myself fcuking up my 'A' Levels, that I decided to go for Diploma before overseas Degree.

DUDE ! dun waste your time with a diploma in poly. what did u get for your a'levels? i suggest since u are going overseas to study that you take a foundation course at where-ever you are planning to go. that would take only 1 year sometimes only 6 months and it is almost a sure way into a overseas uni. the bad thing is it costs about 25k for the foundation but at least you save 2++ years.

 

i only went to poly after my o'levels because my parents told me to give them some time to come up with the money to send me overseas. the 3 years i spent in poly were no doubt fun but the diploma i got had limited bargaining power when i applied to Unis in the UK and aussie. furthermore, the stuff i learnt in poly were taught at such a slow pace that i felt it could have been done in 2 years max !

 

whatever i just said is subject to the course u are interested in. i did a dip in law and management and honestly speaking that dip is a bloody useless piece of paper. i dunnoe about the other courses, anyone wanna add some comments ?

oh isit? then wont deduct money from the cashcard eh? cos that time i hear from ppl need to register ur IU unit number at 1-stop service. haha. if its free then ok then. thanks

no it is only free for students and staff. you need to go to the one stop service centre and ask them for the form. fill it up and just pass it to the security "house" near the bus stop. they will help u register your IU. then it will be free.
