how can u tell if ur model is egr equipt or not? Ask Roy dat day he say mine not le... but how can u tell?

on the right-side of the engine, there is a black metal tube tat goes to a EGR device, is connected with bleeder device which is connected to the inlet tube n vent, all these r underneath the fuel tank.

1) JET-NEEDLE'S ECLIP ALONG THE TOP STEM (5 SLOT - TOPMOST IS LEAN N BOTTOM IS RICH).

Apart from the air adjust screw and the idling screw, how do you DIY adjust the jet needles e-clip? Read the previous postings but still got no idea.

hi to all bro.......

u all just need to change the exhaust headers and empty the muffer for pick-up...

if wan faster can change piston to 150cc wan .........

but the max can go 150km/h only ......

Cannot!! Later phantom riders curse & swear cause got no reason to buy phantom ready... haha...kidding la. wanna change to bigger cc can, u change ready issit? Got any price quote to do such a thing? I know Rxk, rxz got do one....they call it overboring or sumthing :smile:

I oso think so...haven try going to JB on second link with bike. May try it tomorrow to see if this setup is to my liking. Powerwise, its juz nice with pillion and box load. But like i said, the carb is still virgin raw so still can up more when i change sproket. :cheer:

jackal, i think u should just tune the carb rather than go for 40t sprocket.

your bike now doing 9000rpm@112kph is quite balance in term of pickup n speed.

 

i just switch back 42t sprocket with 140/70 wheel, speed now is about the same as yours. pickup feels good maybe becos the carb setup.

whats your carb set up now?

Hi All,

 

Juz went down to change my rear sprokets to 40t. Cannot help it la....itchy hands. Took one hour to do cause Roy had to attend to a customer first. Tried it out on the way to work on PIE. Nice.....100 kph smooth @ 7500rpm. Pick up wise, no dat much of a drop due to modded exhaust and ignitor.

 

Very Very smooth at that speed. Carb still @ stock settings. maybe will drop down by one slot to see the difference. But so far, happy with my current setup. Cost of sproket change - $30 (standard)
