My bike started to have problem starting up.. went to CKA ... haiz... Ex man.... Change the Starter gear and clutch... along with my front brake piston cos i also found my breaking distance to increase.

 

But after they do all the thing.. (now the startup is good) But my clutch is 3/4 from handle before it engage half clutch , front brake lever like press 3/4 than brake and i have problems switching to gear 1 on stop... Its like i step 2-1 two to 3 times.. but still gear 2 ... hmmm... is it because engine oil haven settle in yet? The chain seems to be damm slack... cos i can push up till i hit something... The mech. keep saying its not slack.. damm...

For the Adjusting screw for the clutch handle, if i adjust, do i need to adjust the one at the engine area as denoted in the owner manual?

 

My Dot 3 Fluid rusted and the whole brake was not working... thats why i had to flush out the whole thing and change a new piston set i wonder if there is anyway to do any adjustment... maybe its set too much free play?

 

I'm not using Castrol. i can't remember the name as I changed spark plug, plug zyx8 and 4T 800.... grey bottle from germany.

btw.. anyone installed those add ons like power abuser or some other device that states it can improve your engine power?

haha...thanks for the advice.. nearly wanted totry... oh well... Guess....the power of 125 ..... can't wait for 1 yr to pass.. i wanna my super4...

 

Meanwhile... Are Roadwin parts that expansive? Brake disc want to charge me 110-120 just for disc..

Uncle soh... Can I check with you, When i up gear and release clutch, There seem to be some grinding sound... or when i half clutch in higher gears, it makes these types of sound... Any idea what can cause this? or something in my bike wore off?

I saw the pics, looks REALLY good.

 

I rode on one the other day. Maybe it's the bike, but it went pop-pop-popping all the way as i was going around the carpark.

 

Perhaps its the pipe, cos the bugger said that he poked some holes.

 

but i like the pick-up, nice and smooth. But the engine brake a bit strong, maybe cos I was in gear 2-3 most of the time.

 

Otherwise a VERY comfy bike.

 

TP next month. On the lookout for deals.

 

I saw edmarlo's bike go off in 2 weeks. THat was a good sale.

suryadi, You want to buy mine? but its going to be alittle Expansive cos I actually got it recently and made alot of changes.

New Box and bracket

front and back wheels change to bridgestone

new starter gear and switch (bike can even start just by a push of button)

New Front brake and clutch wiring

New brakes and brake pads.

New spark plug

New Chain

 

 

Its as good as brand new actually..
