i juz bought a roadwin 1 month ago,so far not bad,i live in jurong east st 31 and i ride to school everyday!and i study in Simei ITE,only prob is the fuel..i find that my fuel consumption quite high,anyone can help me?

 

I wanna find out how many litrest the tank can hold,cuz i heard we can run 36km on 1 litre,im not sure on how much fuel i can hold so i need a rough gauge,dun wanna run out of fuel halfway on the PIE man..lol

Hi there Looking to sell my beloved DNA scooter. Wanna get a vespa ... anyway, my bike is well maintained, in one year , i changed speed clutch and bell 380, hella horns45, change Eo every 2000 km, new gazi shockz200, cone filter110, new bike alarm 120, new seat 40, new paint job 280, new brake pads 30, rectifier 35, flushing of both brakes 70, new fuel gauge 50, new water pump 180, new belt with rollers and u clips 170, box and rack 140, stickers stock original 100, new grips14, carbon type round sporty mirrors 35, new seat cover 45. I armor all my plastic every fortnightly looks so my plastic is in good condition. as when i bought it, parked in sheltered area, come with a gpr exhaust 500, syn leather cover for IU 20, side stand from piaggio, switch for headlights- help save battery, voltmeter40 and LED brake lights35. FUEL TANK IS ACTUALLY A COMPARTMENT FOR A HELMET, CAN FIT FULL FACE, Hmm.... think thats all. Rode it for one year, Previous mileage was 40 000, now its 57000. Looking at 3500. the bike has absolutely no problems, not in a rush to sell it. Road tax 80 and inspection 50 fees already paid for the whole year. 1) which one has lower maintenance?

2) how is the FC for comet and roadwin.

3) i wanna get a bike to last me for about 5 years.. which one is more reliable?

4) is there any common problems any of the bikers here have experienced?

hmmm but to me its difficult to control the bike if i have a pillion,sometimes even when i U turn also difficult cuz the bike heavy,if i tilt too much i will fall...so i'd prefer to have my balance..i not so SKILL yet =p anyway,which fork clamp to lower?front?any one can help me by telling me how to do it?

just a question

do you guys pump to full tank and always keep it like that( e.g. half tank lao then go top up )

 

or do you top up only when near empty?

Would the weight of the petrol slow the bike?

Legal to ride/drive- HOw the **** do i Know?

hi bro....u can go to any motor shop, ask them to lower the front fork...then after that if u feel that it is still high then u can try and ask any motor shop that got sell suspension that can suit yr rw....

oh ok thanks..i'll see how..i live in jurong so there's a shop juz nearby but they are kinda UNHELPFUL =.=" thats why i came here to ask,i was thinking of doing it myself cuz my dad knows bout all this,i told him then he ask front or back fork clamp..hmmm...i asked the daelim shop infront of my place if can lower they say cannot -.-

hi bro....wanna go JB can but provided u stay around woodlands or sembawang area lah.....ppl who stay around bedok or tampines, myself better top up in singapore....am i correct bro???
