don't spray chain-lub on new chain, wait til u have done 1,000km.

but wont all the dirt and grime be stuck on the chain by then??

front sprocket, u need to open the cover n count the teeth.

rear sprocket, u can count the teeth directly.

tyre size, u can see the printed markings on it's side (tyre side is call tyre wall).

talking about opening the cover, i wanna respray my covers. any normal spray paint will do rite?

so for my rusted exhaust, i just use WD40 to clean? do i need to sand off the rust first? no need for autosol?

don't worry about grime/dirt it will fly-off as u ride.

u don't have to keep it clean coz it will be dirty again.

just do regular maintenances keep the chain in proper tension n lubricate.

got it!!! haha. so i just lub it when i hit 1000km. ;)

hm.. say i travelled 500km already, then it rained, so i apply lub. then do i apply next lub at 1000km or 1500km?

cover is actually made of plastic.

don't not spray paint the engine cooling fins becoz if u spray it, engine will run hot due to insulation of the paint.

omg. when i got my bike, the cooling fins already been sprayed. just to clarify, the cooling fin is the rectangular piece of metal in front of the engine, just beneath the oil tank rite?

how do i get rid of the original spray?

so i justs get plastic spray will do?

u can use wd40 to clean off dirt/rust then use autosol to polish (do not sand).

ok! got it! haha. thanks!!!

so actually O-ring cannot be seen from outside??

i've got a pic of my radiator here:

http://i25.tinypic.com/2w5obup.jpg

i realised there's another metal block within the white part. is the white part just a plastic cover? so my radiator is not sprayed at all? means my radiator is still working well rite??

next 1,000km after each spray.

now it's raining.. my bike is parked stationary outside. shd i lub it tml morning??

when they say lub aft rain, does it mean a rainy ride? or does it include when it's parked and it rains?

by the way, i checked my tyre size already. it's 130/70. with reference to the clutch plate wearing out table u did up just now, i not sure wads my teeth but the mechanic did tell me it's stock. so stock is how many teeth?

if u look between the plates....can see the 'O' ring.

construction of chain: outer-plate, o-ring, inner-plate, roller......

white part is a plastic cover.

inside is the oil cooler, should not be paint.

as long as it is not paint, it is alrite.

oil cooler is the radiator rite? haha.. cool.

when u ride home, have no intention to go out any more.

it is best to spray chain after a ride coz a heated chain can made the lub spread all over the chain.

ohhhh.. is get it. issit:

aft a wet ride, dun immediately lub it. best is ride ard until dry, go home park liao. make sure not goin out liao, then lub it. then next day ready to ride?? haha. thanks alot!!! tml gonna do a wash on my bike. virgin wash. haha

no, oil-cooler is meant to cool oil, they don't called it a radiator.

radiator is for water cool engine, where water is circulated in the engine cooling jackets then back to the radiator for cooling.

radiator is different from oil-cooler but they have the same function to cool medium.

ohhh.. same function but different methods? haha.. cool. understood sir! thanks alot!!!!! ;)
