haha. indeed RWr would look funny with rear box. sidebox would be rather creative.. haha. how about those saddle bags? looks pretty cool on those cruiser bikes, but dunno how it would like on a sports bike. hehe., ohhh... by the way, u guys realised RWr is the only "sports bike" with main stand?? hehe 0_o

normally sport bike like krr, sp , rs125 etc doesn't looks nice if wanna put box.

For side box, normally ppl install it on big naked bikes 400cc onwards...But for me since i use rear box, it serves more convenient to me. But it depends on each individual taste lah bro. Important thing is it looks nice when it being fixed to the bike itself.

bro u still running in rite? running in period tend to have poorer FC. so it's not accurate to say whether the FC is good or not until after run in.

after run-in, engine components r grinded, worn n heat treated for stress, harden n mating match surface/seal with it's components pairs.

also u have got used to riding your baby, ride will be more agressive then b4.

wow thanks! nice explanation! :bounce:

ss header has bigger inner diameter(ID), 1 1/8", stock header ID is 3/4".

both looks the same size externally but stock has inner sleeve.

inner sleeve will crack due to heat, vib n stress bent if the muffler mount is not proper aligned.

install ss header will result in power loss at low rpm due to it's larger ID.

solution is to restrict gas flow by welding a 3/4" hole steel washer at the muffler mount end.

if i nv rmbr wrongly, roy told me my header is not stock. i'm wondering if its the ss header u are talking abt. from wad u said, does it mean that's no increase in hp by installing that header?
