anyway...say, if i were 2 get a fiber job done on the old blade...will it eventually affect the bike's overall stability and aerodynamics?

if u follow back the cbr9's fairings, should not be a problem... just like the race fairings used in races. if u change to a different model fairings, sure it will not be perfect...

outdated alraedy...

954 fairings? dun think so man... it will look worse. best option u can go for is to change to the 1998/1999 model CBR900... easiest fit with minimum mods to the brackets, (80% plug n play) but its not cheap either...

how much does the body of a 98/99 model cost? anyway, i dont find those model a much difference of our older model also..

i'm using a 98 model taipiece. costed me abt RM1.5k not including paintwork. bought the L + R tailpiece covers for RM750 (2nd hand) and the tail light was RM350 new, the center keypiece cover RM300, the tail light bracket cover was RM100++... (all new)

from the pics, it seems that there is not much difference between the 96-97 and the 98-99. but if u see it physically, the difference is quite substantial and ofcos, looks much better.

if u buy the whole bodykit new, costs abt $6k +/- including the headlights, fairing stay, front cowling brackets. :faint:

nope... the stand comes with a "V" shaped support. jitao plug n play... n it can be adjusted for different fork dimensions. very professionally done i'd say... cos my fren exports these stands to UK for a bike accessory company.

if ur really interested, pls make up ur mind ASAP, latest by tomorrow 7pm else my fren wants them back for his own buyers. cheers.

nope i already upgraded the parts, thats y i dun need the stock parts anymore.

eg, i changed my rectifier to the 929 model rectifier, stock rear set i change to the Gilles rear set, brake pump i change to brembo pumps. thats why i dun really need these parts anymore... just keep it in my workshop collecting dust... :D
