Thanks guys for all the info on my question on refueling of the bike using types of petrol.

 

I use 95 when in sg and when heading JB I think I will fill up with 97.

I'm staying at woodlands and thus makes more sense to fill up in JB.

 

My friends recommend me vpower but somehow Vincent told me no go for vpower.

Neway, most of xciting400 users still without box right?...... Hopefully the bracket will come soon coz this bike with box will add the final touch of convenience.

 

Lol....yea either you fabricate a rack yourself or wait for the ready made to arrive which should be by next month.

Bro, Ron 95 and Ron 97 petrol is good enough for our bikes. no need to go for Vpower as its more costly and you might not feel the difference anyhow. Not saying that its no good ah..

Tried v power in Singapore but not much difference. Was told you only feel the good effects in the long run. I just pump whichever practical for me.

Only a small portion like myself could not wait 6 months for the rack. I went to Seng Kwang to do. The price had went up by another 40% quoting that metal prices had went up. There are other fabricator around. We can discuss more during Kopi.

Seng Kwang is at AMK Ind Pk 2 right? I did went there before abt 15yrs or more ago to frabricate slip-on exhaust for my 400cc bike then. Their price was pretty reasonable then for an excellent custom made job. Not much place like them during those years. They did a pretty nice job then and now they should be more pro from the years gone by. They should do a pretty nice job if its just the brackets.

 

How much with the inflated prices of the brackets now?

Certainly I thought so when I went to do my rack. Instead of being pro they went the other way. More details can discuss.
