Just wonder the dimotiv rear view mirror need to drill hole?

I don't have them and probably not gonna buy them.

To give you any ID. I shall try to @ some pictures onto next message

about "how to do".

It's a very simple and easy job to do your self.

I think (maybe) it's a mod for short people (but not sure?) coz it's giving also a kinda a la "Kawa Z1000" & T-Max look.

What does the "front axle slider" do? Or is it just cosmetic?

Crash pads /protection...but... to be honest I am pretty shore that if you hit

anything they not gonna help you to keep your bike undamaged.

So I also would suggest that it's more a cosmetic thing instead of protection.

But still like them very much.... only in my opinion gold is a little over the top on yellow bike

Gold would be nice on black Xc.

So I bought Titanium color for my yellow cycle and I like them, and I like the quality... it's something like Rizoma mod's

Many more:

Clutch-levers/ handle-bars in 1000 different colors and also a view different models like shorty's and collapsible.

Main reason why I am always sharing all those mods is to let everybody see about Xc progress and possibility's.

In a period of 7 month's Xc items on Ebay increase from 60 up to 325

different parts, to me thats also fascinated to follow.

Laterzzzzzzzzzz

Edit by Jan cos the easy open up sadle function right now working perfectly

besides the bike is great and with 182 centimeter I fit perfecty onto it :)

Tryed in the dealer shop with High tech spray etc. and it doesn't work.

After coming home I used some ordinary silicone spray on both locks,

and onto the hydraulics and now it works smooth

Kind regards,

Jan :)

@jan

Do you have a lot of things inside the storage, such that you have to force pressed the seat to lock it?

If it is, you may not even hear the 'click' release when you turn the key to open it. You may have to turn the key and give a bang / press on the seat to open.

Anyway as KongFu says... Weak hydraulic system. Don't expect much from this 2 little pumps.

It is not meant to be a Catapult. :)

Hi all

removed that ridicules cross post...ha ha don't no why that happen?

Hi kongfu,

first a thought maybe the oil inside was a little to thick because it's wintertime in Holland (about zero degree)...but inside next too heater it's the same.

I gonna give it a try in the next week to see if it getting better.

For me it's important that open-up goes smooth, because I have left over one free function onto my alarm system.

so I have the idea tto mount a automatic 'trunk opener function',

so I can open up the seat by remote-controle, instead of using the key ;)

@ Harryho

There's no extra weight, just naked seat and no storage.

I will try to degrease both chrome supports (maybe that will help)

But first have to see if there's any grease to remove.

Guys have a nice weekend, and hopefully Bike Yong can give me one more tip about what is the best thing or route to follow to solf this problem.

Kind regards Jan :)
