usually wat time & which gym u be at? And per entry how much? If convenient i might join u. And is it usually u be at the gym from 8.30am to 5.30pm?

I might need ur help if i do barbell. I scare arm no stength, the barbell collapse on me

 

ahhaa..difficult la..anyway my offpeak card until 4pm ma. so i always go in the morning.

 

train progressively la...the weights wont collapse on u one. dun worry.

PROBLEM is not serious, if it can be solved with MONEY ... the PROBLEM comes when you have NO MONEY

Recommend you to get travel insurance because Never Say Never.

Amount to bring:RM 200 is more than enough for food and petrol. RM 150 should suffice.

 

Things to bring:You may wear shorts/bikini/dun wear over there. But when riding, minimum is jacket, jeans, shoes and gloves. Bring enough clothes for 2 days. The beach there is clean to go and play, so please bring extra clothes. Towel is a MUST.

 

My autoroaming number is 91762259. Please take it down. We are not convoy riding. But I will split you all into small groups. Sleeping arrangement will be done by me as well. I will try my best to attend to all gay arrangements.
