throttle cable

current ride nsr sp 150. like to ask if throttle cable breaks wad will happened? my friend told me last time his broke, his top speed dropped from 180+ to 120 cannot go up futher... spend $60+ n got it fixed n everythings' ok again.. coz currently im having prob with my speed stucked at 120+ abit only..

trottle cable break ..cannot trottle lah ..

if your nsr speed stuck at 120 ..means valve cannot open full ..go JB there service..they are expert in this ...also cheap ..

Replace the throttle cable before it breaks or stuck,

don't bother to lubricate it because it is so cheap.

so most probably the prob is on the valve la? hmm... i'll have a check for tt on my bike thanks =)

If ur throttle cable snap!

You won't be able to open ur throttle valve.. like tat how ur bike move!!?!

as in p plater im refering to the speed cam n get snapped lol.. sorry if i keep going off topic.. just tt i thinking wad it might linked to den just ask n ask.. curious also lol.. my speedo i checked le tt time the mechanic said its ok.. this coming sat im going to check the front rim speedo cable n my valve cable.. if still cannot find the fault think im going for a full service le lol..

if ur throttle cable snaps, u wont be able to accelerate even a little bit. the throttle cable is just a link from ur throttle(handle bar part) to your carb. so if the cable snaps, it's just like not throttling at all, and u will just go all the way down to idling speed and come to a stop.

used 2 hab tat problem. valve dirty.

went AGL yest le.. prob is 1 of the valve cable break le.. n i more few more MAJOR probs! piston ring hoseh... piston wan hoseh soon... bearing jamming up tts y cannot go fast... no money den i fixed my ring n valve cable first... currently tried can up to almost 140 le.. don dare go up le.. scare later piston cannot take it.. den later spoil the new ring also... thinking this month end fixing all up..
