NSR 150 for cheap sale ($888) or trade with wave 125

Hi all,

 

Letting go my NSR150 due to costly maintenance. intend to sell off and get a wave125 for transport.

COE ending 2019-renewable

White in colour, only minor scratches on the rear fairing due to locking helmet on pillion seat when parked.

Bike has never been dropped during my ownership, alignment is straight, front suspension is non-leaking but a bit soft.

engine wise is good, I wont say it is super powerful cos I only use it as a transport to work and dun really ride that fast, but definitely no funny sound from engine. exhaust is original, no worry about being stop over by TP.

Bike comes with a rear box, looks funny right? sports bike with a rear box..lol. this is my transport bike and got a box is more convenient mah.

I will keep the box if the new owner dun want it.

IU has been changed to the small type last year..still working fine.

original brake hose has been replaced with a better type, I forgot to ask what brand it was when I changed them at unique motor.

 

Some things you might need to change after taking over

1) rear suspension - a bit soft now especially you are pillioning someone, best to change for safety reason

2) chain & spocket - still usable but a bit rust on the chain, best to change for safety reason

3) tyres - both front & rear still have quite a bit of thread left, should be able to last another 4-6 months depending on your usage

4) clutch and throttle cable - last changed was about 1 year ago

5) rear brake light is blowned - need to replace bulb

6) front left signal also blowned - need to replace bulb as well

 

Due to the amount of parts need to replace, I am letting go my precious bike at only $888 (highly neg).

despite my tight schedule, I still manage to arrange 2 buyers to view the bike this morning. Turns out both are looking for dirt cheap bike, suspect they might be from bike shop, the first viewer offered me $600 saying that my bike is already more than 10 years old...2nd viewer came ltr and offered me an even lower price...$450..I faint sia....wasted my precious morning. sorry to those who I have not contacted yet, I dont have much free time and can only arrange meet-up with 1 or 2 persons at one time, I will try my best to get back to you guys..and please, if you are a dealer, pls dont bother to meet me if you are going to offer below $500...getting ready to go to work now...haiz...

sorry to inform all that bike has been reserved by zhiwei, deposit collected..will be arranging to transfer the ownership within these few days after I sent it for a final servicing to replace the engine oil & spark plug b4 passing over to the new owner..

Bike has been transfered ownership on Monday, additional parts eg. single-seat tailboard, extra rider & pillion seat, signal lights and a modified pipe has been handed over to the new owner this morning..everything is finally settled...hope the new owner will take good care of it..
