I’ve been servicing my bike with you guys for the past 3 years without any hiccups ( mainly at Toh Guan branch ) until recently, I had a unique-ly BAD experience at your woodlands branch. The fault lies in two personnel.

1. Chinese salesman (blonde hair and bespectacled).

I came down at about 10:20am and specifically asked him whether he had stock for my NC700 DCT clutch filter as i know you guys don’t carry them much. I even asked him to confirm the stock in the shop and he replied yes. So i asked him to change oil + oil filter + clutch filter and fix up a pair of fog lights. The fog lights were done in about an hour. I assume the mechanic was on a break or something as i saw my engine oil yet to be filled up. At about 11:40am, i asked the salesman why my bike is waiting in the corner for. He said “ THE FILTER IS ON THE WAY, GIVE ME 30 MINUTES”( NOTE THAT I WASN’T INFORM THAT THE BRANCH HAD NO STOCK UNTIL I ASKED HIM ). The filter actually arrived at about 1:30pm. I had to wait for 3 hours for nothing. If he had informed EARLIER me that the branch had ran out of stock for the filter, i could have chosen to just come back later or the day after as i had a lunchtime appointment at 12pm. Is it that difficult to be honest or he just couldn’t be bothered? The level of Customer service given by this fellow was below par.

 

2. Biggest size mechanic (blonde tied up hairdo).

He was lazy, rude and doesn’t seem interested in working (did he not get his salary for August or something?). He argued with me for countless times regarding my fog lights is functional. I explained to him many times that the lights had dual function (normal ON & strobe light ) but he argued that my switch was faulty and the my lights were faulty. Roughly 4 fuses were burnt due to his wiring line up. I got tired of explaining to him as i could clearly see that he doesn’t seem to know what he was doing, so i asked him to leave the wire hanging and don’t touch it. I called up the Toh Guan Branch and explained to MJ the situation. He called Woodland branch, within 5 minutes, my lights were up and running. SUDDENLY my faulty switch and lights were working well (4 other mechanics crowded around my bike at this point of time, i guess the big guy needed help after all?). It’s a very straight forward wiring set up that took 1 hour and the shop wasn’t even packed. LAZY- why did i say this? Cut wire + cable tie and go for a smoke. Failed attempt in wiring up lights and goes for an IPAD break (scroll the device for about 5-10 minutes). Further failed attempts – on the phone and more smoke breaks = 1 hr simple wiring.

 

I will definitely avoid your woodlands branch due to their professionalism and for sure, i will spread the word to my fellow friends and fellow bikers.
