sorry .. think i lost track of who is buying what bike .. i know ken is getting cbr1000

benson : seems after i tune liao .. my consumption is worse leh.. last time is abt 16-17 km per litre of 98. i jus went to top up after my first tuning and realise the consumption become 14-14.5 km per litre of 98 :giddy: :giddy: :giddy:

though the bike performance is much better now .. but it defeat my initial purpose of gg to tune my carb .. dunno what's wrong coz clifford already tried to remedy all my high fuel consumption problems. think tmr bring down let him check again

 

regarding the short burst sound .. i also not sure.. but if it's like what ken say abt excess fuel not combusted .. that may account for my increased fuel consumption ..

 

wah .. sian man .. now my bike fuel consumption machiam like class 2 sports bike :nono:

replace that with a new stock jet.

 

anyway, if u got open more than 6k rpm, ur fuel consumption is sure to be high.

 

for me, bike nearly 1 year never tune liao.

 

for every 170km i travelled, haven open reserve yet, still got fuel inside, i pumped $13 - $14 of V-power.

 

help me calculate.

he did change the jet needle for me coz he said my ones has some tear liao ..

 

yours is 15km per litre of vpower ... but v power generally consumes more so it's ok la... btw .. i coutned wrongly .. mine is 8 dol of 98 for 75 km .. which works out to 13.125 km per litre.......wah kao ......

aiya, no prob at all. I still riding bike

 

I havnt make up my mind till this week. so I cant simply go around telling ppl wat i want to buy or wish to buy. therefore I can now say am getting R1 soon. U guys shall not be forgotten. got outing remember to jio mi hor. Dun worry am slow/safe rider. :thumb:
