for a rider's height of approx 165-170cm, when stationary, tip toe or full feet on ground? cos nv see this bike on road before, dont rly know, thanks!

Rough guage, I'm 176cm - still cannot completely put both feet on the ground (95%?)

 

But it's not really heavy at 180kg+ wet weight.

 

Guess you need to straddle the bike to find out.

Or try sitting on a DR650? Almost same seat height.
