I have this problem where my bititng point is ok but i need use alot of force during pull in of my clutch lever.

Any pro know how to adjust to loosen the tension of the clutch so that when i pull in the clutch lever i wont use much force.

which bike model?

generally you cannot adjust the strength of the tension; you can only adjust the position of the biting point.

without knowing exactly how heavy/stiff we talking about, it's impossible to diagnose the cause. worn cables or even damaged clutch mechanism may be the cause. in fact some models of class 2 bikes have clutch that is already naturally heavy to begin with.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

like i said earlier, you cannot adjust the 'stiffness' of the clutch, only the position of the biting point.

having said that, pls consider the following:

i have not ridden a YBR125, but the clutch of such a 2b bike is generally not heavy compared to bigger bikes. possible reasons why you say it is heavy:

1) your bike is brand new or the clutch cable is new and have not 'seasoned', and you compare it to your driving center training bike very 'seasoned' thats why you feel its heavy.

2) the biting point quite far so you pull in a lot and thus it 'feels' heavy. if you adjust the biting point nearer, technicaly it is just as heavy but because you pull in less, it 'feels' lighter.

3) you're just not used to it.

4) there really is something wrong somewhere in your clutch assembly.

note that number 4 is just a possible last resort thing.

You need to check the correct free play for the clutch cable. There's a adjuster near the lever loosen the locknut and turn the adjuster towards the lever to loosen the tension. Periodically the cables need to oil to keep it in good condition, if unsure go to your trusted mech and ask him to do it for you. Should cost less than $5 If not pay me $5 I adjust the cable for you. :)
