u can reduce handle vib by reducing sprocket ratio.

one tooth up for front sprocket, eg. if your current is 14t, change to 15t.

one or two teeth down for rear sprocket, eg. if your current is 40t, change to 39t or 38t.

 

reason is simple:

lower engine rpm = lesser vib.

But wont changing the ratio affect the top and pickup speed.??

yes, it will increase top speed n reduce acceleration.

main objective is to reduce handle vibrations, it also offer better ride.
