Date: 24th of FEB (SAT)

Venue: Clubhouse

Time:4pm -if you want to chill, wash bike, DIY, watch dvd, play games, etc

-Dinner will be served at 1830hrs, Caterer will come clear up 4 hours after delivery

-Event ends late, rounding, pa you, optional (KIV)

Program: Usual "TCSSPM", makan (catering Chinese-Muslim food), board games, X-box, "Dao_Xiao" (xbox Eric - pls bring yr set hor) etc.

 

 

Hey Bros and Sis, just to keep everyone posted...

 

33(pax) x $10=$330

10(pax) x $2 =$20

 

Total we have to collect $350

 

Buffet cost for 33(pax) x $9=$297 + $30 (transport)= $327

 

$350 - $327= $23

 

We got free play of $23 to buy some snacks and drink, I'll go get them first.

I didn't do much also, Open house, call caterer and do simple shopping for goodies (Ashpink also made some cookies and stuff for this sat)...

 

I also have no time on my side as sch work load this semester is crazy lor, cos final year liao...
