Manzz , u keep on 8 burgers a night , at this rate, ur s4 might have problem picking up ..

Haha!

Your body has 1 goal; SURVIVAL. It's jobs is to protect the brain to continue thought,

so it can function. It does not care how you look, honestly it would

rather be sedentary and obese. Why? because it requires less effort to

maintain.

Now let's take me for example, let say hypothetically I need 1500

calories per day depending on my activity level. That is just to

function optimally, wake up go to the bathroom ,go through the day and

on and on till sleep time and the energy it requires to keep me breathing at

night( because I still burn calories while sleeping, maybe not as many

as I do during exercise, but blood circulation and breathing burns it

up). So what happens when I cut calories out? Well initially I lose

weight, but then my body adapts to that and says" hey I'll learn to

live off this amount of food". So what does someone do? they cut

calories again, so you lose a little more and your body does it again

but faster, and then on top of that it figures "if you keep cutting your

calories I will have to store some of it as FAT for later, in case I

run out of energy because I decided that I was on "a diet". So now someone

is eating very little and exercising a lot and not getting results, why cause your body does not care what you want to look like if you don' t take care of it's

needs first.

Not having enough body fat can be as harmful as having too much. When your body doesn't have enough fuel to burn, it goes into starvation mode. True, you may lose weight, but your metabolic functions will slow down, leaving you with no energy, little ability to concentrate, a weakened immune system, and anemia. You also lose muscle density in starvation mode. In addition, your skin becomes thin, pale, and furry, and your hair falls out. And, as your body loses nutrients like calcium your bones age prematurely.

Conclusion?

Eat more! I think I shall have TEN Ramly burger KINGs next time!.. :D

Song ah.. me downgrade to SP liaoz... Even harder to pick up man..

ps: how are u man?...

Not "mysterious" .... its more of a surprise / keep-you-suspense kind of thing ...

yah - since your schedule is tighter during these days, when you have your off-days, do just ask around if there's any outing going on. Its better this way.

Thanks Wayne for giving me a surprise call... telling me you guys wanted to go.. thought no one respond so decided to call off change to another date. Thanks Chao for sending the msg to everyone... and thanks to all who participate in the trail.. It was an event testing our endurance Mentally and Physically... Hopefully we can do it again at a slower pace and wif more rest point... :D

Will update the pics tomo... GOodnite :faint:

Well, we've been talking about doing this trail-walk and none have materialized. Since you've organized it once more, may as well push for it. I was only expecting about 5 to turn up, but in the end 12 of us turned up.

I had such a fun time (probably the pics will tell when posted). When I went for it, I was thinking "its just walking on wooden planks and will take a short while" ...

But instead of wooden planks, muddy tracks. Instead of 1hr walk, became 2 hrs. Instead of jus 2KM, it was about 4-5KM until such that we've to take bus back to our starting point!

We're in such a rush to the "Treetop trail" that we've no chance to appreciate the nature around us. It was like a force march. Its been more than 10 years since i've been on a trail!! But we made it regardless. I'm specially amazed with the stamina our ESR gals have!! :cheer: They can really walk (Clair said she ran too)!

Instead of u helping royster to foot $23 bucks a week, why not we make it into a group effort?

10 of us will chip in $70 a mth for him.. that way he need not for out a single cent for the bike.. in return he will register the bike under his company then we can take it out for ride as and when we like.. even to PG to WHACK IT OUT!!!

Basket!

Dig my old comments out from dunno when...

:giddy:

How I know at that point of time, I would have a company car to drive...

Too fcuking expensive to keep the bike lying there used only less than 300km per month...

$447.10 installment plus fuel $50 max plus season parking $17 plus yearly insurance about $1k and $320 road tax plus the usual maintenance average about $1k per year...

Calculate it out...

Quite a figure you know...

About $8400 per year ...

Average $700 per month... based on once a week kinda of use...

KNN! My joy ride per week costs me $175...

:faint:
