Nope, this is for the foglight cum signal light to be intergrated into polelight. But u wanna use for headlight/tail light/spotlight/coke light also can..

 

Legality wise, i guess it shouldnt be much of a issue.. but i once heard that my friend's cousin's sister's boyfriend's buddy's campmate's father's kpt kaki's son's colleague's wife's brother's good friend's father's nephew's grandfather kena a roadblock and he was spotted with this light.. immediately the SOF/NDU/STAR/US Marine was called in and he was brought to a secret chamber where the CIA was brought in to interrogate him before handing him over to the FBI which brought him to AREA51.. What happen to him after that.. no one knows..
