but u must think...

when u got the normal foot rest u still can change back...

if u dun haf....

u need to search 4 it...

u get wat i mean???

it a waste of time again right?

like u say it a prefence

ya lar bro. u r rite. but the gd thing wif our bike is, the ori parts r cheap. the side stand that i did was frm the ori footrest n it cost less than $40 i guess cos the overall cost i did for the side stand is $45 including labour which consist of the whole set of ori footrest with sidestand, cutting off the sides so that it don't protrude, covering back n spraying so that the cut off part won't rust n assembly. most of our parts r oso interchangeable with spark. the workshop got it from hong leong yamaha n can get it in half a day.

so i guess to weigh the cost diff of the bike version vs the racing foot rest, i think it's worth it but the only peeps is the electric starter. till now i'm still blur cos some i saw with spoke rims but still don't hv electric starter....blur liao...

half day for them to collect n then they hv to cut off the footrest holder. then grind the sharp edgers off. hmm...if like that, i guess the labour is a bit ex. the assembly is fast. ard 10-15 minutes like that....but the heck, if kena chop it's ok. not a big amt, as long as i get the side stand. atleast now, stop for a while no need to put up main stand......anyways, the shop quite popular one la. it's been a long time since i rode n the shop that i used to frequent 7 yrs ago, the mechanic i think dunno go where already.....

so urs oso wif the racing foot rest is it? did u cut off the ori footrest holder to assemble the side stand?

I buy the normal x1r with original foot rest.. once collect it i ride it to change to racing footrest.. and the buy a stock footrest and cut it off to put the side stand.. so i have a set of original footrest at home anything can just change back..

haha i thought take half day do.. is half day to go and collect.. then ok la..

as 4 the yamaha 125 sport bike...

i ask the motor shop liao...

will not be comming to SG...

price to exp

According to a reliable source of information, this bike is sold in the euro market only..

But don be surprice to see YZF-R125 on sg road. There are some ppl crazy enough to import it in themselve or with the help of motorshop.

If ppl can afford to buy RS-125. I don't think YZF-R125 is a problem to them either.

Never the less, YZF-R125 is a real beauty, a good stepping stone for upgrading to a higher cc sportbike.
