i changed mine @ 100km then 200km, next change @ 400km then 600km then 800km

ok simple 1st 000km to 500km change oil( sami sync SAE20W40 ), filter and spark plug .

 

at this stage try once or twice high rev your engine , just bring rpm to top than bring down rpm.

Nex 501 km to 1000km change oil( sami sync SAE20W40 ), filter and spark plug(denso racing plug $20).

 

3rd stage is fun all you wan .if you wan cn use fully sync sae20w40 ,

sae10w30

 

if oil too fine or too thin must change every 1500km or 2000km.

for every oil change pls change filter also............CHEERS!!!

Racing cdi dont have fan connector right?

So if u wan the fan to work u need to connect the fan to the original cdi right?

 

But how is the fan going to activate when the other connector is connected to the racing cdi..

 

There must be a signal from the other connection to activate the fan right??

 

Any 1 can solve my doubt.. I don not know anything abt cdi..

 

Any 1 try the red bull cdi that a guys selling at mass order section??

bro's 1 of my kaki chg CDIs but in te end use te ORGI ones...

 

cos hv 2 change setting of carb(or even chg whole carb) and chg pipe...

tn you can feel te diff of yr bike......!

 

frm som1 who rode B4 honda XR400 & SUPER 4 .......

even my kaki who rode FZ600 & FZ1000 said e same for X1R

for me to chg to YAMAHA X1R no regarts ......FULL STOP!!!

BRO just use your ORGI cdi will do..........!

wn some power try chg spark plug to denso racing &

chg clutch spring to hard ones.

if you wn top speed chg rear sprocket frm 39teeth to 37teeth or 35teeth

but for me 37 teeth is just fine.....

 

always remember racing CDi's for racing only .

racing Bikes always chg bike's engine or full overhull on engine.......aft races rit!

 

bros i B trying to get CDi's frm thiland will let you guys know

its bout te same but no pwer cut.

 

in te US thy repro te CDI's internal settings ,

reprogram settings, like jeting , spark plug burning timing

for this you need tons of time & $$$$$$.

 

thats wy you cn see many of bros & sis buying and selling aftmarket CDI's

 

just think y racing teams pay their engine exparts or engineer

a few Hundred K's to mills of $$$..........JUST MY 2 cents!!!

What i believe in using aftermarket CDI, is that you can go max RPM.

By default, Gear1 can only go certain RPM. By changing CDI, in Gear1 there's no limit of RPM you can whack.

 

Thus, by changing CDI, you able to feel abit of improvement/performance.

yes! but my 2 cents again........every engine is built wif some tolerance lvl rit??

if over do it (like no limit of rpm movment) will cause piston jam .

 

thats wy wn chg to aft market CDI's, engine Bcomes unstable.

i see more small cc bikes having engine seizure prob's tn bigger cc bikes.

reson cos ty wan more power so chg cdi's , pipes and etc...

Ok now i have my conclusion.. just don touch the internal part of the bikes.. leave it as stock as possible.. Just make external nice nice can a ready..

OH.. another thing.. when i buy the bike right then shop didn't give me a manual... is there possible way to get it from them?

Just call HL regarding there service.. now 400 wanna go change EO at 500. Waiting time is 3 WEEKS!!!

- Change to stock footrest, with aftermarket rider+pillion leg rest

- Self spray Exhaust Cover to Black

- Aftermarket Rear Exhaust Cover

- T10 Super Bright : $9 for 2
