A picture of my rides, he he he, anyway, the bike is running great, just a few things need to be done, change the bulbs in my meters as they are not bright enough, brake disc and pads change just for peace of mind, and I have a feeling they use battery water instead of coolant, so I will change that...

Only been riding this baby for 2 days, but already fallen in love with her already..... but she's kinda hot down under right...??? anyway to make her more cool?? and when she starts off for the day, is she normally more nosiy ( with "ting" sound) at low speed?

 

 

and btw when's the outing?

Guys, can only join you guys for awhile on friday, by the way, will still be taking the DNA as the bandit is not road legal yet. Cause that night, I will be heading overseas till Sunday, at least can get sleepy, can sleep while waiting to reach my destination!

 

Lister, ya, the DNA is a bike you will definitely fall in love with, hurts like hell to sell mine though, but the call of class 2 is aching me, and you definitely need manual experience cause the DNA corrupts your riding skills, especially with gears, and clutch control!

Hmmm, I will be dropping by only for awhile as I have an appointment at 11:40pm. And sadly, I will be riding the Gilera DNA and not the Bandit.

Guys im extremely noob in this forum and noob to bikes. but i really love this bike.

I would really appreciate it if you guys tell the problems you've been experiencing with it. So i can look out for it when i get the bike. And i want it to go fast, and make it powerfull . but i know nuts about bikes. ive been reading every single page of this thread and Ive been doing tons of reading everywhere on the net. And the rating for this bike is 55% good 45% bad (based on my reading)

but please let me be wrong. Thanks you so much Good people of gilera.

hmmm... imo, is juz a small bike... hw fast u wanna go. i rather spend e money on safety gaeget or touch up e outlook e bike..

 

e.g. paintwork, alarm, suspension, legal exhaust, better brake pad, led etc...

Actually, the problems are quite minimal, if you don't buy a lemon. So far, mine has proven to be reliable except for some pricks who stole petrol from me.

 

For a stock bike, it is already fairly quick unless you weigh more than 90kg. Will not really lose out to the popular Kips or NSR within 30m off the line. Try not to modify so much as it brings you a host of other problems.

 

I assumed you have not passed yet? I like the bike so much that I bought it even before I passed. Maybe when you are ready to purchase, I am ready to sell hahah

Ha ha ha, dumb asses!!! Anyway, Nor_man, a good idea if you are to lazy to push the merry-go-round, just keep the RPM below 4.5k and they will be fine!!!

 

Vololo, Spec C DNA is always up for sale if the price is right, just dont give him a number that insults the DNA!!! Ha, there were a few people who offered really stupid prices, I told them to go fly kite.
