whoa! never come here for one week and got so much drama... well everyone i have jus been cleaning the DNA, that day i sprayed water all over the bike. it could not start.now its idling funny. hopefully it ll dry up and idle constantly. i bought a degreaser... man that thing iS GOD sent! keep me involved in the next meet. let me know the date in advance. :thumb: stay cool guys.

Hi Mich, DO NOT spray water near the spark plug area. The spark plug boot (the green colour 90-degree angled rubber thingy that's near to the exhaust pipe) is prone to water seepage. Once water gets in, it'll be hard to start/ and or behave erratically.

Hi dude, if you're new to this whole bike transfer thingy, leave it to the pro (bikeshops). They can do a good job with a fee. Not too much la. Considering it'll be sOOoo much easier for both of you guys.

DE-Greaser gets rid of grease...... it is a aerosol spray...

 

As for exhaust...nothing beats the GPR in terms of looks....especially the carbon fibre look one....:lovestruck:

hi zan zan, ya specC is rite. degreaser is to remove grease... i bought a penray brand from LAB not too good. i heard that the brand DOVE from GIANT is good. its not aerosol type, besides everytime i spray the damn penray i get so dizzy from the fumes and not to mention a headache. as for the pipe u better get a GPR at least the forum guys are familiar and know how to tune it for you. try another pipe and i think u will get a headache.now the bike has erratic idling ...sigh. me and my over zealous female cleaning ways have got the better of me. hope it gets better, now dan is going to frown when i bring it over...

Anyway, michelle, I recommend you do not use anything that should be mixed with the fuel. I always had a bad feeling about stuff like that.

Who was riding a DNA at Holland yesterday?! Some more going against the flow of traffic! Gun metal grey DNA with a red colour exhaust guard! I have a feeling it is "map of the problematic".

yeah. i'm the guilty one. blame it on the holland village comittee. why the hell should they post construction works there when they know jolly well all the road gates would be close at 6ix. its disrupting people like me to go to work. haha. dan! tt wasn't intentional, was late and the only choice left was that little bit of small road to go against. lolz. hope no summons gets to me.

 

count me in on the next outing. i hope to get there.
