AS THE EZZYOILER CLEANS YOUR CHAIN WHILE U RIDE..SAVING U 2 HOURS OR MORE IN CLEANING UP YOUR CHAINS AND LUBBING IT.EVERY WEEK?

3. EFFORT..

set aside 1 hour for installation and testing..

FAQ..

1. How does the Ezzyoiler work??

the manual ezzyoiler is based on gravity feed..

before the ride..u decide how much lube is required..lets say 2ml..

then u dose 2ml by means of the manual pump..for this example 1 stroke of the pump is 2ml..then u just pump 1 stroke..

the oil dose will start to flow along the tubes by means of gravity..

it will flow past a valve..this is the control valve..where u set the dripping rate of the system. the recommended rate is 2 to 3 drops a minute..

1 ml= 15 drops..eg 2 ml=30drops...if the drip rate is set to 2 drops a minute..then it will take 15minutes to discharge the 2 ml of oil.that is to say..if your ride is more than 15 minutes there will be no more oil to drip after u reach your destination.

..on the other hand if the ride is shortsay 10 minutes...open the valve 100%..this will have more than 10 drops a minute..so it will take less than 3 minutes to discharge the 2ml oil..

after the valve comes the oiling tip..

the oiling tip is shaped according to the bike swing arm layout in relation to the chains. this is where the oil flows through and the tip directs the oil to the chain.

and the oil will leave the tip and in doing so discharge it on to the chain links.

FAQ..2

How much oil to dose for lubrication?

the amount of oil to lube is decided by the rider on each ride..

the amount to lube depends on..

a..the bike capacity..ie 110cc..1000cc

the biger it is..the larger the chain size is..this means biggie chains need more lube ....than small chains.

b..how the bike is being ridden...the gentler rider will use less lube compared to one who like to have jack rabbit kind of ride..high ride speed also afect the amount of lube.

c... the environment it was rode in..eg in the rain, in dusty kampong/off trail roads..

they will use more oil than city roads..

The target of the chain oiler is to lube the chains..cleaning chains ar bonuses..

the chain is to be shiny and oily..if not more lube is needed..

so the rider by inspecting the chains then can form a decision..on how much to lube.

the qty is 2ml/stroke..if you need 6ml..then pump 3 strokes..

FAQ 3..Whats the difference between ezzyoiler and the traditonal/spray waxes oiling.?

The traditional method of oiling chain is..either by brushing or spray waxes...

the chains is lubricated by spraying or brush by applying the lube in large doses.

hopefully the lube is sufficient and do its job until the next cleaning/oiling ..

the ezzyoiler is a continuos oiling method..ie on every ride the required amount is decided by rider..and the chains are oiled over a period of time while u ride..making it a very eficient oiling device..using minimal oil..

the end results for spray/ traditional methods most likely the bulk of the lube will be lost on the first ride after oiling..the lube is thrown all over as it was applied too much at one go. .will there be enough lube to last until the next clean/lube..? there is a good chance that there is insufficient lube to do the job..resulting in certain amount of chain wear. and in the long run will fail earlier..the thing is that most just oil and avoid the cleaning part making the chain worse as u keep on oiling without cleaning..it is like keep on topping eo without removing the old eo..in the engine.

on the other hand the ezzyoiler cleans and oil the chain while u ride..making the chain clean most of the time..this will extend the life of the chain compared to the above method..

Oiling tips...

. 1.to have minimal throw off tips..

1..dose the minimum oil ..but chains have to be shiny and have a film of oil..

2.. slow down..from experiments done..speede above 60km/hr the self cleaning will bgin to take place..

3. once oil is dose ..ride slower at least or the next couple of minutes. so that the lube is distributed evenly..

4.. lube a lot prior to washing day..as you will be washing bike anyway..

itis a lot easier to clean rims compared to chains.

anyway..there will be throw off.to have the self clesning to take place..

if there is no throw off...cleaning is absent..

enjoy the miracle

are you loosing horsepower? put it back with the EZZYOILER..

Thank you Mr Koh, the Ezzyoiler is a fantastic product! I am Roy, the blue Super Four rider who fixed the Ezzyoiler last week.

First and foremost, the $40..(2010 price) for the oiler and installation is definitely worth every cent of it, compared to the time and effort I would have otherwise needed to spend to maintain the chain and sprocket, which is said to cost around $180 for my CB400.

Secondly, as someone with an engineering background, I must say that although this product may look and sound simple, Mr Koh has definitely spent countless hours testing, improving, and simplifying the product, gathering feedback from users as well as from his own experience as a fellow motorcyclist. The simplicity of EzzyOiler is a product of an innovation in itself.

Now I'm so happy to look at my chain everyday. Its clean, shiny, and I do not need to bother with manually dripping oil all over the chain and dirtying my hands or shirt, especially when my S4 Spec 1 doesn't have a mainstand. Also, I do not need to worry about the chain after a heavy chain. It's especially irritating when there's a heavy downpour right after you had just lube your chain manually. Now I just need to ride off to flick the rainwater off my chain, while Ezzyoiler automatically lubricates.

For peace of mind and a shiny long chain lifespan, EzzyOiler is the way to go!

FYI: From my conversations with Mr Koh, he's a retired engineer and this Ezzyoiler is a creation that is born out of a passion in motorcycling and motorcycle maintenance....not for commercial reasons. Therefore, I fully support Mr Koh's homegrown innovation.

Cheers to Mr Koh~

thank you...i love my oiler...

i hope all of u who installed the ezzyoiler do to, this is a very sensible product..

there is no mysterious hocus pocus description like those ....xxxxx

this is really a no brainer item..

the money spend will be payback many times over...

eg.. extended chains/sprockets life span up to 5x has been reported by many..

the cost of the spray lube ..one told me he uses 2 cans every month to keep his cahins in tip

top conditions..

the time saved in cleaning it is priceless...unless u enjoy this unpleasant task

and dont forget your ride will be smoother as in. better and easier accelerations, reaching your top speed faster, improvement in FC, less chain shuffling/clanging noises..all in all a better ride i love my ezzyoiler

I just install the ezzy-oiler last 2 weeks ago.

I'm doing a simple review on it. Overrall, I would say that it is a no-brainer decision to install the oilers.

1. All chain-driven bike requires regular maintenance on their chain. This ezzy-oiler does all the job for you !

All you have to do it - just before you ride, pump a stroke of oil, the rest is taken care of. (just like those shampoo bottle, you pump a stroke of shampoo and wash your hair)

At the end of your journey, you will notice that your chain is clean and shiny.

2. Time-Saving

I guess you need to spend at least 15 mins fortnightly to lube your chain.

With the ezzy oiler, you no need to spend time in carpark moving your bike and spraying your chain.

This is 30 mins per month, 6 hours per year !

3. Money-Saving

1 bottle of chain wax spray costs 15 bucks - you used it for 6 months ?

The oiler uses 2T oil, which is like 3 bucks per Litre and 1 stroke of oil is only 2ml..

For an example - you ride your bike to and fro workplace, you use 2 strokes (4ml), so 1L of oil can last you about 250 days (1000ml of oil / 4ml per day)

250 days = 8 months

So 8 months 3 bucks v.s. 6 months 15 bucks - which one is more value for money ?

Yes, you spend 40 bucks installing the oiler, but by 1 year time, you can earn back the money

4. Oil is better for chain..

Wax is no good for chain, as it is sticky by nature and attract dirts and dust

Oil does the opposite, it helps to clean the chain by removing the dirts and dust on the chain.

Let's be honest, there can't be no flaws in each product.

The only 2 things to be care of

1. Spills - The oiler use oil to lube the chain.. at high speed, the chain spins the oil out (as a act of cleaning your chain)

The oil will be on your rear rims.. so you need to clean it with tissue paper regularly.

That can be overcome by reducing the dosage/oil drop rate (there is value to control the drop rate, just need to slow down the rate of oil drop)

2. When you change your chain/spocket/rear wheel, you need to adjust the oil dipper to the front.. so that the mechainc will not mess around your oiler.

After the work is done, you need to adjust the dipper back to the position.

For your kind review...

Indeed the oiler is truly amazing..

Simple and effective...the best part is that it is so simple you can maintain it without any problem..

So you see...I normally do not see any ezzyoiler users for so called servicing..as they themselves can easily sort it out..

Enjoy the smotth ride...and I am sure that in future u will never leave home without the ezzyoiler..

Thank you..
