MMC card write protected.. how?

anyone can help mi on how to disable the write protected? i can even format or edit .. i am using it for my Nk 6230 and i can delete files using the phone but when i placed into my card reader.. it write protected... pls advise wats can i do pls ?

for 6230, it's like tat de.

here's some useful info tat i've found.

 

owners of 6230 will usually find tat yr MMC is write-protected, thus causing u unable to install new songs or files.

in order to over-write tis write-protected thingy, all u need to do is...

 

-remove yr MMC from yr phone.

-there's a side of yr MMC with a side cut, meaning it's not a normal edge (90 degree)

-notice tat there're some gold-plated chips near to e cut.

-use a normal thin-layer tape to paste e last chip near to e cut!

 

TATA... it solve e 'write-protected' thingy.

sorry to say bro, ur memory card corrupted oready, happen to me b4.. if u format, u will only get lesser than b4.

sometimes MMC cards are 'locked' by the side physically. See if you acidentally locked it or not.
