Shops for preformed metal

Hi guys,

 

As part of a fork conversion project, I'm searching for the following materials:

 

1. 25mm ID pipe. Thickness not really impt (2mm can liao). Preferable steel or aluminium or brass.

 

2. 0.5mm thick metal sheets. Can be stainless steel or brass but MusT be 0.5mm. I only need a small strip like those 30cm rulers.

 

If any of you know where I can get these parts pls let me know.

 

 

Lastly, any shop that can do simple turning cheaply let me know too. Like reducing diameter or tapping.

The shops you are looking are across the screw shop at Kelantan lane.

Got to the famous screw shop behind the MSCP in front of LAB. Cross the road to the 2 HDB block perpendicular to the screw shops. There are a few shops selling hardware stuff. 2 of them sell metal bars & pipes there.

I've been to Bukit Batok Industrial park too but the pipes are in std sizes and in inches. But I need one in mm....
