Nak minta nasihat skit pat sini.

 

My rxz ade masalah dgn gear shifting.

 

Setiap kali nak shift up to gear 4 and 5, its either the gear lever got stuck and langsung takleh shift or nak kena pkai force so that the gear lever can go up. Klau pkai force pn, ade bunyi "tuck" (mcm ade benda yang langgar pat dlm gearbox).

My lower gears (gear 1, 2 and 3) are alright, cuma nak masuk gear 4 yang payah. Kadang2 smpai my foot bengkak nak tendang tu gear lever.

 

Some of my frends kata, its bcuz of the engine oil. Tapi i'm not really quite sure. Kemungkinan ade benda lain yang tak dpt dipastikn.

 

So hope to get some advice dari sini on ape yang bleh dibuat ataupn ape yang harus diperbuat utk smoothen the gear shifting.

kau nya enjin oil brapa km kau tuka? clutch setting kau dekat ke jauh. kalau dekat try jauhkan sikit. kalau sama jugak, rasa2nya either kau nya clutch housing atau plate ade prob.

try to do this. first gear wack your bike. when your bike is at the top of the rpm close throttle at the same time shift up but dont use the clutch. do it until gear 6. then try again with the same method but as per normal. clutch in then change gear. whats the difference? if the first method nothing wrong and the 2nd method still stuck at gear 4 to 5 then i think your clutch got problem. but if the first method got problem i think your gearbox problem lor.

Abt changin e 'paper' I dunno where but change seat cover U can go Aunty shop @ Lavender, further up along Jln Besar next 2 POSB on e rite side, Motorshop 72 @ Desker Rd left side... Next 2 LAB theres 1....

Bro, as wat I've notice, RXZ dosen't hv any white meter plate at the speedometer but tachometer yes!

 

If I not mistaken, they don't sell only that part. It came with the whole tachometer itself.

The white coloured techometer is the latest model and been used by RXZ Catalyser now. The original techometer itself, (not the whole set of meter eh!) cost about $90++. RXZ original meter is not cheap eh, bcoz they all came in parts.

 

Sori the last ques I can't ans coz I havn't chang 1 b4....

brp km tu aku tak brp pasti ar. tapi aku refill setiap kali engine oil dah nak kat abis. Clutch setting nak kata kn dekat juge. aku pernah adjust jauh.. tapi dia nye 'biting' point pn same ikut jauh. Kemungkinan juge that may be the problem. Aku cuba re-adjust dia nye clutch settings. Thanks for the advice!

dah nak kat abis baru kau nak isi engine oil?! kau biar betol...

Kalau kau haus sampai dah nak mati baru aku kasi air bleh?

 

Sayangi lah engine anda! Biasanye org tukar engine oil 3 bln skali, tak payah tgu kering.... Paling lame pon 6 bln. Kalau kau betul tukar dlm 3 atau 6 bln skali, bermakna oil drainage screw kau dgn gasket2 dia skali dah mintak kene tukar. Compom2 ade leaking punye!

 

Ade kemunkinan, kau punye gear shaft dah rosak. Kalau nasib kau baik salah satu kau punye fork shift dah jahanam!Tu problem semua dtg dari tabiat kau yg tak jaga engine oil!

Pandai.... kau! mane punye doc moto al maunah dah gi ajar kau bikin gitu....

Lagi menjahanam kan barang tu adelah....

 

In general knowledge kita tau yg moto dia ade prob dan kita tau ape nak buat. Tak payah ar nak test2 lagi.... Cara kau bleh menjahanamkan lagi sak moto kawan tu!
