hmz...thanks all bros for the reply...Ajimey bro...ur front sprocket what size? and just now went to down my fork....but dunno what the stupid mechanic do...he say wan make my bike nice for me...he go adjust my suspension (original yamaha type) he say set it to the hardest...now my behind is jacked up when I park main stand la..when on move...i dunno coz cannot see ma...i like the looks...but....sh*t man...when i go over small humps or anything my bike like going to shatter like that..haha~ -_- damn...should I return the suspension to softer settings? and he changed my Pin jet for me from size 195 to 210...he says my catalyzer version new bike is smaller pin jet no power..change to 210 which is the older version RX-Z more power...but i change ah....NO DIFFERENCE LEI!!! haha...opps.maafkan saya..long post..

haha ya la...stupid mechanic...I'll think tomorrow ask him go change back to softer settings man...haha~ and er...BrAdEr_ZaCk? dun change ur air filter to the the cone thingy...I asked my mechanic this afternoon...he says nobody use that on RX-Z...one thing improves pick up ALOT! but...if water goes in...means mati..coz water also will seep into Carb from there..and also..due to the high power and air flow intake..our RX-Z piston cannot tahan...very easy wear and burst ur piston...hope this helps...

Hello guys . . . any one knows if there any gd shop which is has a lot of rxz accessories and spare parts in S'Pore? my brother recently bought an rxz . . .and some parts need to be replace due to wear and tear . . .And he cannot go out of spore without a leaving cert.

RXZ not much of a problem and it's a reliable bike. Idling 1k~1.5k is ok as long your engine not easily stall while idlling. The common problem ppl facing is the knocking sound at the top block. Actually its quite normal for RXZ to have slightly knocking sound. As long you don't loose compression, you don't have to change anything. This is what I can think of, maybe some pple here can add. Thanx!

 

For RXZ accessories you can get cheaper in Johor compare to S'pore. Alots of options too.

If you have small body, you can try 15/38 first. Your fuel consumption also can improve with this ratio and less stress to the engine while go jalan2 for long hours. Some ppl even use smaller ratio 15/36 but I afraid moving off no power lar bro...

 

When you said you want to down fork to the mechanic he tot you're racer dat's why he add more oil to make your fork harder. For racer, the harder the better! Hahahaha.... Try 175ml/fork. Hard but not so hard. Or set to normal sua...

 

For catalyzer RXZ, changing larger main jet shows not much diff in performance. Install operated 3bs pipe and main jet size 220 then you can feel the diff. If you want more, for better throttle respond use Boyesen fibre glass reed valve. But, If you do all this, you FC will not be like last time. Use at your own risk.

Kalau kau diam kan benda tu macam susu je lama2 jahanam lah engine kau. Kan water density is higher than oil. Jadi yg lubricate gear dalam engine kau tu adalah minyak grade paling tak bagus.

Pipe kat moto aku bukan yg ori punya tapi yg local punya. Bunyi macam sarap aje. Dah PM Lan pasal pipe tu, dia dah let go kat member dia. Terpaksa kena pandai2 cari kat JB. Slalunya kalau kat JB kau pegi kedai mana? Describe kan aku in details tempat dia wif map , aku ada sikit bongok dalam road JB ni. kedai yg ada jual pipe n buat setting carb aku skali. Aiseh.. Kau lambat setapak ar! Kalau pat Johor, 3bs orginal memang susah dapat. Kalau local punye bersepah. Kedai memang banyak ade. Kau kene pandai gentel baru bleh dapat harga murah. Kalau nak setting, Azul yg sebelah shell pon ok. Tapi org dia tak kenal dia panchong. Ade lagi satu kedai kat Jln Kemajuan. Dia dekat2 Angsana. Aku dengar kat sana banyak mat repit s'pore setting pat sana. Moto jackpot pon org antar sana setting. Kalau nak kene draw kan kau map aku bleh biol. Nanti kalau 1 ari kau dah bersedia nak pegi aku bawak kau. Tu pon tengok ar aku off ari apa.

ur sprocket how many teeth? And chain is what brand? Kiss, takasago? isit 2nd hand or what? cos if u used on a small sprocket on ur bike, it cant fit to a bigger size sprocket ryte(chain oredi cut mah)? is the chain o-ring? and if u know, what chain width isit?

Drum brakes are just as good as disc brakes, but of cos disc brakes are nicer. can get at jb, ard 700rm, tell u 1st so u dont get cheated. a place with much accessories wld be at ah boy jb..

however, tho things are cheap, better if u can cm back spore to make minor adjustments cos ahem ahem.. u shud know, they might drop after a strain.

$40 for brand new standard rxz sprockets with heavy duty gold chain, 428 size.

I think branded chain and O-ring also available with top up. The offer is valid at unique at blk 1039 eunos ave 3 #01-104. I think they have limited sets.
