If ur talkin abt shops in JB. I do hav one to recommend u. It's one of the shop in the all famous Lorong Bapok. I can assure u they do good work and won't cheat u out in terms of changin of parts and stuff. But yeah, since they are always bein recommended ard, they are always having lots of customers. And I thnk they charge a lil' bit more nowadays...:pity:

Ahakz... Thought I wanna take it easy after getting my first son. But I can't take my 130km/h max speed. Hehehe... And I miss the buzzing of my shorty pipe!!!

Anyway, u noe Philip's Z kan? I'm taking care of it rite now. My wifey's riding his bike for transportation. Gone were those big fat tyres on his sport rims, super big box, super irritating loud silencer and the tall, too-much-cushion saddle! Hehehe... :)

(And Philip, if ur reading tis, sorry but u did say to take care of ur bike like my own. And so I did!):p

My bike is standard lor... No mod... If u need the orginal silencer, come take from me and the few bottles of 2 T and 4T. See when u free then let me know... Still owe me money hor... If not I go paint on ur house... Ha Ha ha..

Hi.

I can't answer that question however what i know is that RXZ block can be bored up to accept RXK piston. If you do that you have a short-stroke 150cc RXZ. I know because i ride one such :) RXZ and RXK piston have the same compression height, i.e. RXK piston is compatible with RXZ block ports/port timing.

If the ports stay stock (i.e. RXZ) you gain just more torque. If you also port the block you gain raw power - in my case, with optimized carb (36mm) and pipe (chamber) the block is good for 55-60 horsepower, in my current setup (pipe chamber with Honda LS 125 silencer, stock carb/airbox) around 35-40 horses. Still almost twice the stock power :) RPM's reach 14,000 in lower gears, 12,000 in 6th = 193 km/h measured by digital speedo (sprockets 16-40, stock 18" wheels).

Kind regards.....

Thanh

Ahakz... Same case last time eventhgh the tank is original. I thnk the the tank cap itself also plays a part in keepin the fuel in. But if u wanna find cheap original tank, I thnk majority of us here will say "scrapyard". Hehe...:thumb:

i tink can...coz i heared tat rxz use rxk blk b4

Is it? Hmmm... If tat's possible, I shld hav used RXK's block from last time due to its big bore man. Mayb should try and experiment! Anybody got spare RXK block???:faint:

im using local tank but original tank cap, so far no overflow whatsoever, only got it when i first started riding and always fill up till the brim. if your tank or tank cap is local, to not want the spills, dont fill up till the brim then, just my opinion.

Hi.

Look at the top rim of the tank inlet. It is covered with paint. If at one spot the paint is removed (usually to the front) it will spill fuel when you are braking.

Solution: Use a screwdriver to scratch off ALL the paint from the upper rim to make it blank all around. The tank cap will seal again.

I had the same experience with a brand-new original tank and a brand-new original tank cap. After removing all the paint there it has not spilled one drop.

Best regards....
