Think can. But must restart the bike fast enough. I had an engine cut during bumpy. Good thing manage to restart it in time.

By right will kena fail, most prob the guy didn't see/notice it.

Road hogger @ 50km/h on 4th lane

A bike can go up till 200km/h, can the rider go up till 200km/h o_O

That was practice. Instructor was looking right at me. Just went 'wow'. Engine cut mandates a fail?

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

Not entirely sure, but I thought engine stall is only 2 pts? And failure to restart quickly enough would be another 2 pts? Then again, if it cut out when you were in the middle of the course........well, different story I reckon.

And to the OP, yeh, wait till you're almost at a stop during the braking portion before you clutch in. When you hear / feel the engine bogging, time to clutch in. Reason they don't want you to clutch in straightaway when you e-brake is that you will be freewheeling and not utilising the engine braking to help slow you down.

My engine stall during TP, right in front of the tester. But a lot of people stall that day also, not sure why. So in the end still passed, didn't even minus points :cheeky: See luck one ba, see if the testers good mood that day anot lor.

Not sure if its true but what i heard is they cant fail too many people.. something to do with the school reputation. Maybe top many people failed the tp before yours.

So yeah, imo it really depend on luck. But for 2a/2, never commit immediately failure sure will pass one

2A and class 2 students need to go for more practice. I heard from friends some failed too many demerit points on lane changes, blind spot even though all stations cleared without immediate failure.

Yes, clutching in too early is "incorrect technique" - 2 points.

Engine stalling is not an automatic demerit point, but you will get 2 points for repeatedly stalling and 2 points if you take too long to restart.
