Frankly I would not understand why a person with sane mind go and mod the internal of the GTR? Unless the insane fellow thinks that the GTR is not powerful enough.

Personally external mod like exhaust and PC is ok. It does not stress the engine.

Cheers

You have the shock feeling cos the tires still new also due to the rounded profile. Personal opinion I find the stock 021 good enough. The rear Z8 may not last due to the pick up of the GTR. Last time went to the Metzeler fitment guide in their website did not find tires for the GTR.

Cheers

Yes very poisonous indeed, especially you see another fully accessorized GTR around.

Removing the secondary flies opens another cans of worms. It will not be rideable in slow traffic. But open roads it will fly.

Most I would go is to get an slip on with PC V to smooth out the flat spot. Other than that I would spend more on the handling department. Cheers.

I know of a French guy who change to a full system removing the cat. End up with double exhaust. He removed the secondary flies and the bike really flies. Throttle response really good. You still need PC V to control the fuel air. End of the day petrol consumption also very fast.

Do note that the guy had shipped the bike back to Europe.

Anybody here fixed PC V on their bike (GTR). Any comment on this?

I fitted it on my 09 with a slip on exhaust and dyno run it. Turns out I had better fc have extra 50km per tank running in NSHW. Bike runs cooler too. It used to take 4 mins to reached 2 bars. Now it's 8 mins. Cheers.

I read that the eco mode is better for cruising in highway. But with stop start condition in Singapore better to leave it at non Eco mode.
