I tink mayb u can go direct to the BOSS of the superbike company. Ask him to explain demand a satisfactory answer... Or ask him to buy back your bike buy at the price others can offer u... if not then tell the BOSS u goin to lodge a complain to the DBS bank or seek the bank for advise... I believe the bank can advise u or provide u some legal recomendations...

bro legal action? i talk to the BOSS!!! #@$%$#@ words for mi. wat u wan? can dun call? tis from him. wat can i do? bank ask mi sell to any bike shop then give DBS all the money. shouldnt i take back sum money?? and if i sell to bike shop i still nid to fork out money for another bike dwpayment :angry: :angry: :angry: and who will wan it when i never buy bike from them?? dun think bike shop wan it. haiz. SPEECHLESS!!! i noe sum small bike kana oso. saw one R6 over there today at superbike. but never see owner. wanna ask oso wat he do.

heard from bike shop they taking over the shop at ubi.

at end of this month.

grand opening is on the 31 may 08

 

new boss new worker can go and see see look look

shop taking over:bike danamic

the one at upper seragoon(main) business as usual

actually not totally no link between bike dynamic and superbike.

i remember speaking to the lady boss from bike dynamic and she mentioned she used to work under superbike, but had since left the company to work at bike dynamic.

Do not go there...took me 3 mths to get my log card after full settlement. That also after I threaten with lawsuit.

cant sell.. then!!! MAY!!! i called up DBS as my bike is HP from there. my

 

balance $23 518!!! WTF!!! i've paid total of 29mths = $12 702. KTL say my balance not

 

tat much. who do i believe??? where did all my money GO??? and i paid to KTL FROM

i never get loan from DBS. i buy tis bike from KTL. they get tis bike from superbike. i pay all my installment at KTL. they pass to superbike. who noes.. till nw i should have paid 29mths. i went superbike check i paid onli 21mths. wat u think. make mi lost my money!!!!

i dont think ur balance is $23 518 lei. Thats seems like it is the entire loan amount lor....

 

if that is the balance....how many years loan did u take sia... :faint:

Bro, my advise is be careful of the words u use here... u know some shops here in spore is good at engagin legal means... although we r the consumers but we cant use certain "terms" or "words" to describe our anger... there r members who almost kanen sue for defamation and end up L.L. ve to apologise in the forum here... Be smart dun be a victim again...
